Easy installation and usage

Client application installation is very simple. Application doesn't need any maintenance, it updates itself. Using Qinve is very intuitive. Insert an invoice into Qinve and data are transferred into your current financial system.

Qinve supports all commonly used invoices formats:

You can insert invoices into Qinve:

• drag'n'drop on Qinve client application
• automatically from scanner with automatic saving to directory
• automatically from e-mail

Integration with 3rd party software

• ... and other

* Qinve may interract with systems marked with asterisk on background. Other systems require invoice approval using invoice import tool which is a standard part of the accounting software.

Qinve provides you with invoices archive. All properties of invoice including its original form are available to you.
